Frascati Superiore DOC Satin Bottle “Colle Fiorito”
Origin: Italy
Tasting Notes: The noble wine is produced with grapes harvested from the finest districts of Frascati DOC, carefully selected and expertly blended. The wine has a light straw colour, delicately fruity flavours and a dry velvety smooth finish.

Gaio Bianco Sicilia IGT
Origin: Sicily, Italy
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow light colour. Delightful undertones of peach on the palate, with a fresh, sapid and persistant taste.
Food Pairing: Great served as an aperitif, with pasta and chicken dishes.

Orvieto Classico Abbocato DOC Rocca delle Macia
Origin: Umbria, Italy
Tasting Notes: Brilliant straw yellow with a fruity and refined bouquet. The palate is delicately sweet yet refreshing with a medium body and lengthy finish.
Food pairing: Excellent served with vegetarian antipasti, pasta, chicken and fish dishes. Alcohol Content: 12% vol
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico-Amphora Bottle
Origin: The Marches, Italy
Tasting Notes: Produced from grapes grown in the strictly defined ‘Classico’ area, in the hills around the anciant town of Jesi and packaged in the traditional amphora bottle. A delicate, fresh and fruity wine with light aromas of ripened apricot. Intense and long-lasting with pleasant bitter-sweet flavours of almonds and balanced acidity.
Food Pairing: Great served as an aperitif, with pasta and chicken dishes.

Feudi Sicilia Lixus Insolia Chardonanay IGT
Tasting Notes: This blend of the native Sicilian Insolia with the prestigious Chadonnay produces a wine with a straw yellow colour, intense bouquet with distinctive fragrances of pineapple, peach and honey. The wine gives a supple and long taste of ripe tropical fruit and it is medium bodied with a balanced acidity that gives freshness on the finish.
Food Pairing: Great with many Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, vegetable entrees, seafood or grilled fish.

Sauvignon Lison Pramaggiore DOC Tenute Sant’ Anna
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: A full and distinctive character, with a pleasant, delicate fragrance hinting at wildfires and ripe melon. Dry, full and well-flavoured with undertones of green hazelnuts, with a delicate piquancy, generous body and lengthy aftertaste.
Food Pairing: An excellent aperitif, ideal with cream soups or delicate pasta dishes, particularly superb with fish.

Terre al Lago Garda Pinot Grigio DOC
Tasting Notes: The Pinot Grigio grapes have been matured in the sin in the hills of the Verona section of the Lake Garda district. An excellent value Pinot Grigio which has all the character and structure that you would expect in a good Pinot Grigio with the steeliness, the fruit, aromas and length.
Food Pairing: Ideal on its own, as an aperitif or with starters, fish and shellfish.

Cirò Bianco DOC "Rei Dei"
Origin: Calabria, Italy
Tasting Notes: This fragrant wine is straw yellow in colour with persistent aromas of ripe tropical fruits & fresh floral undertones. Well structured with a fresh, balanced palate.
Food Pairing: Perfect served with grilled fish and chicken dishes.

Lugana Classico DOC "Colli Storici"
Origin: Lombardy, Italy
Tasting Notes: This superb white wine is produced from hand selected Lugana and Trebbiano grapes and takes its name from Cascina Maiolo, the vineyard founded in 1710. The wine has a characteristic straw colour with light green highlights, delicate bouquet of fresh fruit and almonds.
Food Pairing: The perfect wine to be served chilled with shellfish starters, creamy pasta and risotto.

Rocca Sveva Soave Classico DOC
Tasting Notes: This wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes in the Soave Classico area. Processed with the utmost care in the historical Soave wineries, it features straw yellow colour, intense and delicate and slightly spicy aroma and a dry and full-bodied flavour. Food Pairing: The wine combines well with lean appetisers, seafood and grilled white meats as well as an aperitif.

Gavi di Gavi DOC "Vigna del Bosco"
Origin: Piemonte, Italy
Tasting Notes: This wine is straw yellow in colour with a delicate and persistent bouquet. On the nose there are floral and honey overtones that also recur on the palate. Fresh and structured body with clean tangerine overtones. Dry and with a good lengthy finish.
Food Pairing: Perfectly paired to light starters, oyster and caviar, seafood, fishes, delicate sauces and white meat. Serve at 10° C.

ROSE WINE
Pasqua Pinot Grigio IGT Venezie Rosé "Mater Anna"
Origin: Materanetta, Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: Aromatic aroma of freshly crushed cranberries and a hint of apricot. This harmonious single-vineyard wine obtains its colour from the maceration of the must with the pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes for one night at 4-5°C, which enhances its floral and fruity bouquet.
Food Pairing: Ideal served with hors-d'oeuvres, delicate first course dishes, fish, white meat and soufflés. Best served at 12-14° C.

RED WINE
Feudi Sicilia Kalis Nero D'Avola IGT
Origin: Sicily, Italy
Tasting Notes: This most important Sicilian varietal is grown in the rocky, limestone rich hills of Trapani. Intense red ruby in colour with deep purple hues. The wine displays elegant hints of berries, spices and liquorice on the nose and a full bodied, buttery and velvety finish on the palate.
Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted red meats, venison and flavoured cheeses.

Salice Salentino Rosso DOC
Origin: Puglia, Italy
Tasting Notes: A superb blend of Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes and careful fermentation give a wine that is dark plum and earthy in colour with damsons and dark chocolate on the nose. The palate is soft and ripe with layered black fruit and strcutred tannins giving a smooth, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: The perfect compliment to grilled meat and mature tasty cheese.

Cabernet Sauvignon Lison Pramaggiore DOC Tenute Sant’Anna
Origin: Veneto, Italy

Tasting Notes: Intense and harmonious, with its well rounded texture, this wine has plentiful aromas and flavours of dark forest fruits. The wine's well balanced body is full, straightforward and generous.

Shiraz Lazio IGT "Colletara"
Origin: Lazio, Italy
Tasting Notes: Brilliant ruby red with spicy aromas and subtle hints of leather & ripe wild berries. The palate is soft and fruity with a pleasing, rounded finish.
Food Pairing: Great served with Bolognese dishes, red meats & ricotta and spinach pies - a Neapolitan speciality!

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Contea Bordino
Origin: Abruzzo, Italy
Tasting Notes: A bright ruby red wine with garnet reflections aged in oak barrels for 18 months followed by 3 months on bottle. A fragrant, persistent aroma with a bouquet of vanilla and fresh mountain berries.
Food Pairing: Ideal with pasta dishes in Abruzzi red sauce, red meat dishes, game and matured cheese.

Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore DOC "Liber Pater"
Origin: Calabria, Italy
Tasting Notes: Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months this Superiore wine is ruby red in colour with light purple reflections. Complex aromas of wild berries, spices and floral scents intermingle with soft notes of oak gained from barrique maturation. Full bodied and rich with a velvety smooth finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent served alongside beef , spicy pasta dishes and mature cheese.

Antonutti 1921 Merlot DOC
Origin: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour with deep purple highlights. Elegant aromas with a delicate fruity note, rich with spice. These sensations of fruit and spice are reaffirmed on the palate, revealing a well balanced wine with a vivacious personality.

Chianti Classico DOCG
Origin: Tuscany, Italy
Tasting Notes: This classico wine is aged in Slavonian or French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months. Vibrant ruby red colour with a fruity nose producing hints of light spiciness released by the wood of the barrels. On the palate this wine is savoury and full bodied, with a good aromatic persistency and good structure.
Food Pairing: An exceptional match to most meat and pasta dishes.

Etna Rosso DOC
Origin: Sicily, Italy
Grapes: Nerello Mascalese & Nerello Cappuccio
Tasting Notes: Aged for 7 months in Slavonian oak casks, this is a bold wine with a brilliant ruby red colour, a delicious bouquet of red fruits and hints of spicy blackcurrants, prunes and cinnamon. The palate is well rounded and has a long finish with soft, supple tannins.
Food Pairing: An ideal accompaniment to roasted or grilled meats, game and mature cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 16 - 18° C.

Valpolicella DOC Superiore Ripasso Montere Tinazzi
Grapes: 80% Corvina, 15% Rondinella & 5% Molinara
Tasting Notes: Rich & vibrant ruby red in colour with aromas of dried fruit & ripe cherries. The palate is well balanced, persistent with smooth tannins follow a clean flavour with delicate woody undertones.

Neirano Barolo DOCG Franco Serra
Origin: Piemonte, Italy
Tasting Notes: Unquestionably, one of the finest and most prestigious wines of the world! The Nebbiolo grape gives the wine with great body, character and a rich, ma jestic style. Deep in colour, delicate floral aroma, with a vanilla note and full flavour.
Food Pairing: The wine's intensity helps to bring out the flavours in red meats such as steaks and strong cheeses.

Origin: Veneto, Italy
Tasting Notes: This superb wine has a deep ruby red colour, with aromas of cherries, berries, exotic fruits and a flavour that is warm, soft and full-bodied. With velvety tannins this wine produces a long pleasant aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Perfect with all types of game, red meat and ripe cheese. Suggested also as an after dinner sipping wine.
